Desk Top Stand Package: 2m x 2m including table, 2 chairs and 13 Amp Electrical socket.
2025 Price: To be confirmed (ex VAT) - this is for the stand only and excludes any delegate registration fees. Anyone working on the stand will need to register.
How to Book
Stands are allocated on a first come first serve basis so if you wish to exhibit please contact.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking and no refunds will be given except in the case of cancellation of the Symposium (see below for Terms and Conditions).
How to Pay
Once you've booked a stand we will send you an invoice which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. Please be aware that your place isn't confirmed until payment is received.
Payment is being processed by Peters Research Ltd on behalf of The Lift and Escalator Symposium Educational Trust.
By purchasing an exhibition package you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the Organisers and the Exhibitor.
Definitions
Exhibitor – means any person, firm or company who has been granted exhibition space at the Symposium.
Organiser – means The Lift and Escalator Symposium Educational Trust.
Symposium – means the 16th Symposium on Lift and Escalator Technologies, 24 & 25 September 2025.
Venue – Kettering Park Hotel & Spa, Kettering Parkway, Northants, NN15 6XT.
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Set up and removal
The exhibitor will be allowed access from 07:00 on 24 September 2025 to set up stands and equipment. Take down cannot start until the Symposium has formally closed. The Conference room must be completely clear by 18:30 on 25 September 2025.
Insurance and exclusions
The Exhibitor must provide at his own cost full indemnity insurance against public liability and all other usual risks in respect of loss, damage or injury to goods and persons and in particular against theft and cancellation in respect of the Exhibitor's participation in the Event.
The public liability insurance cover must be for a minimum of two million pounds sterling (£2,000,000) unless the Organisers expressly state otherwise.
The Exhibitor shall ensure that all of its insurance policies in respect for the Symposium are taken out with reputable insurers.
Any liability of the Organisers to the Exhibitor in any way arising out of this contract:-
•Shall be limited to direct losses or damage only and shall not extend to loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising; and
•Shall not exceed an amount equal to the total contract price.
Health and safety and all legislation and regulations relevant to the event.
The Symposium will be managed as far as is practicable in accordance with The Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974 and all other Relevant Legislation and Regulations. The Exhibitor must fulfil its obligations in respect of all such Relevant Legislation and Regulations and ensure that all parties employed or engaged by the Exhibitor also operate within the laid down procedures.
Professional behaviour.
The Exhibitor is expected to act in a professional manner and to comply with all instructions given by the Organisers and venue staff. The Organiser will not tolerate argumentative behaviour or abuse.
The Exhibitor is free to promote their own company and products from their stand, but may not make derogatory comments about any person, company, or profession.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Exhibitor’s stand without notice if the Organiser deems the Exhibitor’s behaviour to be unprofessional. In this instance, the Exhibitor will have no claim against the Organiser for refund of fees or other losses, however arising.
Cancellation.
In the event of The Symposium being cancelled or postponed for commercial or other reasons the Organisers will return all fees already paid but the Exhibitor shall not have any claim against the Organiser in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever consequent upon the exhibition failing (for whatsoever reason).
