Stefan Gerstenmeyer has over 25 years of experience in the lift industry. He has strong expertise in R&D for lift group and dispatcher algorithms, lift traffic simulation and traffic analysis. Additionally, he has experience in lift controls including multi car elevator systems. At TK Elevator he led the development for Traffic and Group Control globally.

Currently, he is leading the software-development and -testing of surgical systems at a medical device company in Germany (Erbe Elektromedizin).

He has a degree in information technology and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Northampton.
